You know when you're standing in a queue and an old person turns round to you and says, apropos of nothing, "I'm 79 you know"? Well I've become that person. Funny but sad, right?
 
For some reasons only known to my father he absolutely put his foot down about me going to art school when I was thirteen; even tho without exception that was the advice he was given by every one, "he's an artist". My reaction to this was not good, I pretty much went off the rails for the rest of my life.
 
I'm 79 you know.
